How we ship
We prepare each order by hand and package it securely so it arrives ready to use or install. For custom-made items like signs, stickers, and printed materials, dispatch usually happens after artwork approval and production confirmation.
If an order includes multiple items, we may ship them together or in separate parcels depending on size and production time.
Processing time
Most quote-based products are processed in 2 to 5 business days after approval. Larger or more complex projects may need a little longer, especially if they involve special finishes or custom dimensions.
Delivery time
Delivery times depend on the destination and the size of the parcel. We always try to give a realistic estimate before shipping so you know what to expect.
Shipping areas
We ship throughout Italy and to selected international destinations. If your project is urgent or going to a trade fair, event, or installation site, contact us and we’ll help plan the best delivery option.
Packaging and tracking
We use protective packaging suitable for printed, rigid, and delicate products. Once your order leaves our workshop, we share tracking details whenever they are available so you can follow the shipment.
